Response handling A tailor made service to compliment the client’s advertising campaign by being able to offer a variety of response mechanisms including lead capture, surveys, coupon redemption, competition fulfilment etc
POS storage and distribution A fulfilment and distribution solution for all types of POP and Point of Sale materials, direct to store or through agencies.
Pick and Pack solutions A high speed, efficient handling of product in carton or pallet quantities. Systems incorporating scheduling, the routing and tracking of orders, most online, with reporting available throughout the delivery process.

Telephone response handling The telephone response handling process needs to encompass swift and articulate understanding, and be able to convert this into methods of communication that will satisfy the client.
Data inputting Whatever the purpose of a database, it requires good accurate data input, if it is to serve a useful purpose. We capture data from most sources, validate and reduplicate and enter the information onto the client’s database or spreadsheet.
Stock rework – packaging An area where stock can be returned, re worked and turned around in an efficient manner. All types of packaging can be employed, from the smallest bubble wrap envelope through to intricate packing of delicate and breakable items.
Warehousing and Despatch management

From a modern warehouse and experienced staff, allow Taskforce to handle your inventory. We receive shipments, inspect, store, despatch and while it’s in our location, protect your product.
International Business Liason Taskforce can assist in all forms of logistics and warehousing, throughout the UK and can advise on imports and exports.
